I am using Linux Mint Debian Edition (Debian 8)
Can You please tell me where I can get Evolution 3.18.3 packages for Debian8
My distribution only contains Evolution 3.12 :-(

You don't say what version of Evolution you have (Help->About). You
also don't say what desktop you use. This is relevant because Evo
stores passwords using the Gnome keyring system and if you aren't
using
Gnome you have to work round this.
