Both KDE and GNOME use XDG to solve this problem; what works in one works in the other. Unless (a) you are specifically using an app that goes-its-own-way or (b) your distribution screwed it up. The days of interoperability problems are 99.44% over; again, unless someone screwed it up [a good argument for staying with a main-stream distribution]. I use the underlying tools to script my configuration/preferences - they work. -- Meetings Coordinator, Michigan Association of Railroad Passengers 537 Shirley St NE Grand Rapids, MI 49503-1754 Phone: 616.581.8010 E-mail: awill...@whitemice.org GPG#D95ED383 Web: http://www.marp.org _______________________________________________ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
