Hi al, the OP is claiming a fresh load of Linux Mint 19.2
The next release of LM 19.1 Tessa has only just been announced, in the
planning stage.

I suspect he is getting confused on version number, Linux Mint is still
at 19.0, there was a V2 installer released , but its only the installer
that is at V2, not the whole distribution
