It's a shared hosting (I don't have a dedicated server) the mail application is 'Smartermail enterprise edition version: 16.3.6843 There is a 'Blocked sender' list where I can add senders I do not want to receive mail from (junk, unsolicited mail, etc..) The server is not the problem here. The problem is with the Evolution client that put every single email in the junk folder.
