Do you know the WebKitGTK version, please? I'm not sure how Ubuntu
names the package, it might be something like libwebkit2gtk or similar
(Fedora calls it webkit2gtk3).

When you run from a terminal:

   $ gsettings set org.gnome.evolution.shell webkit-developer-mode true

and then run Evolution, then the Help menu will contain a new item,
"Show WebKit GPU Information", which gives some detailed information
about it.
