Hi Fredrick,
I had that problem too, Mialan's suggestion is the one to follow. But I
would up upgrading to Bookworm because after I got the not starting
issue I started getting a Google Contacts error. I'm now on: (evolution
matches the Gnome version)
 OS: Debian GNU/Linux bookworm/sid x86_64
 ,$$P' `$$$. Host: MS-7721 9.0

       `Y$$b. Terminal: gnome-terminal
          `"Y$b._ CPU: AMD A6-7400K Radeon R5 2C+4G (1) @

                              Memory: 2968MiB / 6970MiB
To get to Bookworm just change your repos to Bookworm (if you change to
this you'll be on bookworm when it's the next release) or (if you
change to this you'll be on the testing for the release AFTER bookworm
is released) testing and run 'apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade'.
Have a good day,
Tim McC
