I still have no idea what a "WebDriver" or webkit2gtk-driver is. :) Evolution depends on WebKitGTK. I think Ubuntu calls their WebKitGTK package "libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37" for reasons that only Ubuntu knows. If Ubuntu's Evolution package had no dependency on that package, then this would be something to discuss with Ubuntu packagers to fix that.
