It's the only report I know of. Unfortunately I have no idea how this
could hav happened without more info, like a CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG log or 
a tcpdump or something.

I guess if you can reproduce it, try and get one of the 2 mentioned logs
and open a bug report about it.
