[Evolution] Re: Clie synch problems

Not sure if this is helpful, but I've got a Clie SJ20 and successfully sync it with Evolution.
I'm using RH 8.0, with evolution and pilot packages installed using red-carpet.
The only weirdness I notice is that evolution apparently starts up gpilotd, and sometimes
it doesn't. Or maybe evo starts it up, and gpilotd quits on its own. In that case, I have to
start gpilotd from a terminal.

If pilot-xfer commands aren't working, could it be because gpilotd is also running, and trying
to access the same device?
