[Evolution] Sending through a different SMTP server.

I have a default account (POP3) that uses one SMTP server.   And an IMAP
account that uses another SMTP server.  However, when i try to send mail
from my IMAP account, it still tries to send it through the default
account.  Am i missing an option somewhere?
