when dragging files to the composer, you need to drop someplace other
than the gtkhtml editor component or the editor component will accept
the drop as a URL and paste a url string in the editor.

this is a shortcoming of how gtk drag & drop works.

dragging and dropping from the preview pane to the file system should
just work. if it doesn't, it's a bug.
