I didn't find any files in ~/MyPilot. Where I did find files that perhaps are of interest is in ~/evolution/local/Contacts. I might try deleting some or -rwxrw-r-- 1 mrphil mrphil 20480 Nov 2 20:12 addressbook.db -rw-rw-r-- 1 mrphil mrphil 335 Nov 2 20:12 addressbook.db.summary -rwxr--r-- 1 mrphil mrphil 0 Sep 28 21:55 create-initial -rwxr--r-- 1 mrphil mrphil 103 Sep 28 21:55 folder-metadata.xml -rw-rw-r-- 1 mrphil mrphil 12288 Nov 2 20:12 pilot-sync-evolution-addressbook-16833.db I moved all of these to another directory for safekeeping and ran the synchronization again, and still had exactly the same problem. gpilotd.log shows that it goes through two entries (which do make it into evolotion) and then sits there for a while and then just craps out. There are some peculiar things that seem to be happening before the synch process begins, but it does start synching records -- it just stops after the second record. It seems as if it's just timing out waiting for data. Here's the entire log file for just one session like this: gpilotd-Message: gnome-pilot 2.0.10 starting... gpilotd-Message: compiled for pilot-link version 0.11.5 gpilotd-Message: compiled with [VFS] [USB] [IrDA] [Network] gpilotd-Message: Activating CORBA server gpilotd-Message: bonobo_activation_active_server_register = 0 gpilotd-Message: Watching Cradle (/dev/cua1) gpilotd-Message: Woke on Cradle gpilotd-Message: setting PILOTRATE=57600 (gpilotd:6715): gpilotd-WARNING **: pi_accept_to: Connection timed out (gpilotd:6715): gpilotd-WARNING **: pi_accept_to: timeout was 2 secs gpilotd-Message: Client seems ok gpilotd-Message: Client seems ok gpilotd-Message: monitor_on(pilot_name="MyPilot",client_id = IOR:01d9ffbf1b000000...) gpilotd-Message: corba: notify_on(event_type=CONNECT,callback=IOR:01d9ffbf1b000000...) gpilotd-Message: corba: notify_on(event_type=DISCONNECT,callback=IOR:01d9ffbf1b000000...) gpilotd-Message: Woke on Cradle gpilotd-Message: setting PILOTRATE=57600 (gpilotd:6715): gpilotd-WARNING **: Error in queue, non-existing entry gpilotd-Message: Cradle Cradle has 0 events gpilotd-Message: corba: orbed_notify_user, notifications->connect.size = 1, id = MyPilot gpilotd-Message: Client appears to be disconnected...
