Apart from that cycling logic, you can define shortcuts like
<CTRL>-<KEY> yourself right now. Thus you can at least have two of those
shortcuts for View Normal and View Headers.
For the relevant files, have a look at the XML files in your
/usr/share/evolution/1.4/ui/ directory (YMMV, depends on distro style).
Be careful though, as you can easily break things. And you have to be
root... ;)
If you wanna have this, but don't dare to mess with this files, I
probably can send you a patch. Unfortunately I'm in a hurry right now.
