Looking at my own diff file again...
You are using an IMAP server. At least ClamAV Milter is used for
processing mails. Thus you are using Sendmail. Anything else?
Any chance, that one of the involved applications corrupted the mail?
Where does the bogus ">" come from? At least the double calling of
ClamAV seems borked, doesn't it?
