Pardon my ignorance, but how do I do that? I thought non-anon access was for qualified developers, which I'm not. This freeze issue is the only showstopper I ever see in Evo (i only use Evo for mail) so it would make a huge difference if I could start to rely on 1.5.5. > And we need a call backtrace, which you get from gdb, not a system call > trace, in order to debug the problem. Sure. If it happens again after these new patches I'll do that. > I doubt switching desktops has anything to do with it other than it > being a coincidence. Well, it actually froze and had to be killed as I was typing this reply so I guess you're right :-( For the time being I've turned off the auto mailbox checking option. OT: it would be nice to be able to check specific accounts using Send/Recieve, and not just "all or nothing". poc > On Fri, 2004-04-02 at 14:55 -0400, Patrick O'Callaghan wrote: > > I just submitted a similar report against 1.5.5 (compiled > > from anon CVS).
