Error says: 'Could not authenticate to server.'
This probably means that your server requires you
to specify the Windows domain name as part of your
username (eg, "DOMAIN\user").
Or you might have just typed your password wrong.
I can guarantee that my password is ok.

You're supposed to use "domain\user", not "domain/user". Notice the
difference between slash "/" and back-slash "\".
