I kinda thought that but YAStT said no such package existed. I figured
it may have been depricated but I googled and found one from 9.2 which I
loaded http://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.2/suse/i586/ and this
installed correctly but still does not show a valid dictionary as an
option. Their does not seem to be any SuSE 9.3 aspell-en option.

http://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.3/suse/i586/
aspell-cs-debuginfo-0.51.0-4.i586.rpm 22-Mar-200521:04
2k
aspell-debuginfo-0.60.2-3.i586.rpm 22-Mar-2005 20:05
1.8M
aspell-en-debuginfo-6.0-3.i586.rpm 22-Mar-2005 21:06
3k
aspell-ru-0.50.2-193.i586.rpm 22-Mar-2005 21:06
7.3M

I loaded aspell-debuginfo but as expected that did not help.

I googled around and have not found anything of more note.
