Some people here are still using 1.4.6 and I notice that a few have large pop account cache directories:
~/evolution/mail/pop/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/cache What's the safest way to purge these caches? Is it necessary to shut evolution down first? I'm thinking of doing something like: find $dir -atime +1 ... so it doesn't interfere with current operations even if evolution is running. Is that safe? (I thought this question might have been asked before but all I could find in the archives was that these caches should be purged automatically.)
