Mike- 1) This is what I get when I right-click on the email you sent, so it must work somewhere :) Are you seeing any error messages on the console when you try to do this? 2) evo doesn't really know anything about printtool, since printtool is a RH specific tool and we're trying to be platform agnostic. 3) is a known bug; I don't recall the number offhand but Top Minds are on it.
