I assume the RFC you are reffering to is 2368. Although it's apparently not in the RFC, the following syntax is: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?[EMAIL PROTECTED]&body=hello> as is this: <mailto:?[EMAIL PROTECTED]&[EMAIL PROTECTED]&body=hello>
