Actually, Jeff, I believe I brought this up right about the time that 1.1.x started existing (and I've mentioned it several times since). I was told then that "nothing in that code has changed". But anyhow.......... I said in a reply to someone a month ago, or so. The 1.1 behavior is somewhat more beneficial to those who have many IMAP accounts, the 1.0 behavior was more beneficial to those who have lots of aliases going to one account. But I'm thinking that doesn't make sence. If you have many IMAP accounts, wouldn't the account be in the recipient list? And if not, wouldn't falling back to X-Evolution-Source get the IMAP account? Seems to me that the old way worked in both situations, the new way works only in one, since X-Evolution-Source should always be set. I always thought that most of the threads on "set my from automatically" were on mail list stuff, where you aren't in the recipient list anyway. Wouldn't the old way (if it truly used X-Evolution-Source as a fall-back) still find the IMAP account? BTW. The "forward" logic still works the old way.
