1.0.5/debian woody a few minutes it was there: the shared.* branch of my imap account on a cyrus server. i could read mail, look at the shared folders, even create a subfolder in one shared folders.
then i played with mozilla for a while (same account, same server, mozilla didn't allow me to create a subfolder :-) but now the shared.* branch is now longer in the folder list i n evolution. looked at the subscribtion list: it doesn't pop up there. turned "show only subscribed folder" off and quit evolution: didn't help. now i found out: i have to enable the "override server-supplied folder namespace" option (Namespace is left blank) to see the subfolder. Found the reason for the mis behaviour: i created a subfolder in the inbox. tried again on a different account. This does not have the "show only subscribed folder" option set. i could see the inbox, the shared.* tree and the user.* tree of all users (it's the manager account). after creating a "Sent" folder in the inbox, i could still see everything, including the new folder. One quit/start cycle later, i could only see the inbox, trash and Sent folder, but thats it. After enabling the namespace option and a quit/start cycle, i can see everything again. the imap server is cyrus, 1.6.24 (from bynari insightserver).
