Really? What is the resulting URL in the browser? I get this:

http://dealnews.com/article%2c42900

and a page that says "File not found: Sorry, that page is unavailable."

If I copy the link into the browser I end up at:

http://dealnews.com/articles/42900.html

with the correct content.
