This is (hopefully) fixed in the upcoming 1.2.1 release. However, I am running a CVS version and the bug doesn't seem to be really fixed. It was filed (and recently closed) as 33668. Once the final 1.2.1 comes out I'll test things out again and see if its really fixed or not.
