Thanks Alessio & John I have fiddled around with the filters and fixed some errors. That has cleared up some of the repetition, but one list still does provide two copies. It must be because both the list and individuals are c.c'd. I *do* remember some earlier threads on this, so will see what I can dig up. Cheers for the assist
