[Evolution] Dinamic signatures

Is there anyway that I can get another program to define, on request, a
signature ? Or a way to get evolution to insert a timestamp in a message
?

This is not just a cosmetic request, I wouldn't like to have a
cripto-signed message used in a completly different context just because
I don't have any timestamp on the message.
