As was stated by Moni in the meetings, we want the QoS implementation
to first pass review on the general list (aka "ofa") and be accepted
to upstream merge before it goes to OFED.
Sp far I have not seen a single email on the list, how you think to
meet the Sep 4 FF date?
As always all code will be send for review to the public list
Regarding schedule: Most of the code is already done for OFED 1.2, but
we decided not to push QoS to OFED 1.2 since the SPEC was not complete.
code which was not sent to the list is kind of not existing so it can't
be "done".
I remember that there was some last minute submission by Michael to be
included as technology-preview-for-demo-purposes-etc, are you referring
to this code?
My understanding is the that Qos code of the Linux kernel IB stack QoS
code is going to be implemented through the path forward project by Sean
Hefty and that this work has not started yet.
