My apologies to the list subscribers. Tatyana informed me of failed emails from mailman. It looks like it went down around 10/24; it is now back up. I don't have an idea of why this happens occasionally, but I believe I now have something I can rely on for an indicator. It might be tied to an occasional failure with the virus filter. We'll see.
