This version adds the scripting to do card specific serdes settings using modprobe language.
The scripting is ported from the OFED truescale.cmds to allow for portability across distributions that use a different mechanism for bringing up the RDMA stack. The new file is libipathverbs/libipathverbs-1.3.tar.gz in the download directory. Mike
