At least 5 years development experience including at least 3 years experience on large-scale software development teams. At least 4 years Java coding experience including at least 2 years Java Servlet Coding experience. Experience must be current within last year. At least 2 years experience with Websphere Studio Rational Application Developer v 5 and above or Eclipse 3.2 and above. At least 2 years experience with XML, JSP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, SQL Server, JavaScript coding. At least 2 years experience with JDBC. Experience with JAVA Server Faces Framework. Experience participating in production support activities of a team, with focus on timely and accurate resolution of issues. Experience mentoring in internet application development and design techniques. Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle and workflow, estimation and target date planning, work plan development and monitoring, quality assurance, development methods/techniques and testing methods and techniques, solution development and evaluation of alternatives.
