This role will assist in providing ongoing support, maintenance and assist with enhancements to the module. Documentation and articulating tactical and strategic requirements to management and key stakeholders for purpose of developing solutions is a must. This role reports to the SAP HR/Payroll Lead but will serve as a liaison between IT and business divisions, consultant may be asked to be involved in small enhancements or projects. This will require interviewing business, gathering requirements and participating in primary or secondary research for a business solution. May be asked to design test plans and may need to conduct training to users if necessary. The role involves resolving help desk tickets, user requests, and production support. Must be able to quickly assess an issue and provide an appropriate solution that works in SAP and any other feeder systems as appropriate.
