*Required Skills:*
-*Proficient in Cognos*
-Hands on experience in Cognos 10.1 including the following areas in two
recent projects:****
-Active report development, Business Insight Advanced, Report Studio,
Business Insight, Power Play Studio, Event Studio, Cognos administration
- Experience in Cognos landscape design
-Must have full Cognos implementation from blueprint to post go live
support
- Must be deadline driven and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced
environment
- Experience in using Cognos with SAP BW data
- Must have the leadership ability to communicate and be comfortable with
C-level clients; to understand business requirements, frame the problem and
provide a solution
-Must have the ability to prepare/review technical specs, taking into
consideration performance requirements and the client’s development
standards
- Must have the ability to deliver technical developments that meet the
client’s development standards
-Must have the ability to unit test developments, both positive and
negative, and ensure that the technical specifications are met
-Has some functional understanding as it relates to their technical area
-Must have the ability to lead their technical area through an end-to-end
implementation
-May be asked to mentor consultants at a lower level
-Must have the ability to lead design sessions in their technical area
-Has the ability to accurately estimate their team’s work and manage work
packages to meet the work deadlines
-Able to see the big picture in providing a solution, taking into
consideration the impact to SAP, non- SAP systems, and business process
impacts
-Must have knowledge of the client’s implementation methodologies and have
the ability to lead the team in the methodologies
-To be recognized as a trusted advisor within their own technical area by
the customer
-Must demonstrate living the attune values
-Must be able to participate in an onsite practical test****
