Business Analyst for PS Financials Upgrade –
Accounts Payable
*Summary:* Sr. Business Analyst candidate is needed to support the
business area with the implementation of the PeopleSoft Financials Upgrade
for the Accounts Payable module. Main responsibilities include:
• Produce Change Management deliverables across
business areas
• Provide communication of status and issues
between the business areas and the project management team
*Deliverables:* • Change Management documentation by business area
o User acceptance test plans
o Test data requirements and plans
o Business implementation plans
o Post deployment validation plans
• Provide testing and deployment coordination
• Escalate issues for business areas
*Skill level:* Mid-level (3-7 yrs)
*Experience:* • Sr. Business Analyst with 5 – 7 years of experience
• Extensive and proven experience writing
requirements, test plans, etc.
• Ability to test system functionality,
troubleshoot and recognize system problems
• Strong attention to detail, time management,
troubleshooting, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Specific application knowledge with the
PeopleSoft Accounts Payable module
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac’s Change Management
methodologies
