*Position: Salesforce.com Developer with CRM Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 6 months plus possible extensions* *CRM Application Developer* The CRM Application Developer is responsible for delivery of applications that support the Salesforce.com CRM platform. This application area includes CRM, SalesForce, mobile and other sales channel technologies. This position partners with the business, other aspects of IT and 3rd party solution partners to develop these applications which will be will be leveraged across the organization and integrated with other corporate divisions globally. Accountabilities Ability to communicate and interact with internal business partners, assess challenges and collaboratively define solutions to address key business problems. Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of business processes and operations Responsible for the scalability, robustness, and reliability of all solutions within this application area. Responsible for defining best practices and ensuring they are followed Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including business management, IT development teams and end users. Evaluate, suggest and implement third party software as needed.
