Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration: 6+ months Rate: Open The client requires a highly skilled PL/SQL programmer. Resource will provide programming services necessary to enhance the reporting solution for ongoing data submissions. The work effort includes converting existing reporting components. Responsibilities: . Provide PL/SQL programming services . Modify processes and algorithms . Provide production support to business users . Utilizing data from multiple enterprise applications . Prepare technical specification documentation . Produce run procedure documentation . Develop unit test case for deliverables . Identify issues during code development and obtain clarifications/resolutions from appropriate functional teams . Conduct code reviews . Propose alternative solutions to issues and problems . Define corrective measures to be taken in order to rectify performance issues . Perform unit testing on deliverables and review the unit test results for output quality . Conduct timing and capacity testing to ensure production support capability . Develop exception and validation reports for data integration processing . Maintain developed code in a version controlled repository . Provide weekend support as required . Transfer knowledge Skills Needed: . 7+ years of experience in an Oracle Environment .
