· Individual has in depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice area and overview of 2-3 other areas. · Individual handles solution definition/fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. · In case of domain consultant individual requires high level of Business Analysis skills and may have 7-8 BAs reporting into the individual. · In case of Technical Consultant the individual is a subject matter expert and may work with Functional/Technical Leads and Architects to contribute in solution definition. · Should have proficiency in end to end process of SCM covering: Supply Chain Planning, Costing, Sourcing, Procurement, W/H Management, Logistics &Transportation, and EXIM. · Should have a knowledge of P2P cycles operations should be having good knowledge of at least one of the SCM systems (Oracle, SAP, Ariba/ Emptoris Platforms, etc.) · Should understand business KPIs in his area of expertise Should have thorough knowledge of the products or services offered by the practice in the area of expertise · Should have thorough knowledge of project phases in SCM products / services offering · Should have a thorough understanding of complete SCM Transformation cycle in an organization Best Regards, G Prem Cloudeeva, Inc.
