Location: Albany, NY Duration: 24+ months Rate: Open Duties include but are not limited to the following: . Brings deep expertise in designing, tuning and monitoring infrastructure to support PeopleSoft FSCM applications under the supervision of agency supervisors. . Prioritizes, assigns and monitors individual team member tasks. . Coordinates team meetings (organize, communicate and provide meeting minutes/summaries) . Provides guidance and strategy to problem/issue resolution. Oversees team related documentation . Designs the overall architecture, infrastructure and database structure . Code PeopleSoft financials modifications using the PeopleSoft development tools. . Provide production support including issue resolution in a timely manner. . Manages the development of infrastructure for the PeopleSoft ERP Program . Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system. . Perform technical analysis and estimates for enhancement requests. . Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the code changes. . Perform tuning for slow running processes. . Monitor batch processes and resolve the issues. . Provide Technical leadership for system upgrade activities. . Provide weekly Status reports. . Documentation of software changes. . Perform the PeopleSoft code reviews as per the agency coding standards. . Modifications to PeopleSoft interfaces with the existing agency systems. Skills Needed: . At least 84 months of experience as a PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Application DBA. . At least 72 months of experience with Oracle Database tablespaces, table design, normalization and efficiencies for Peoplesoft FSCM. . At least 72 months of experience with ETL and SQL coding for Peoplesoft FSCM . At least 60 months experience with UNIX scripting and Oracle in a UNIX environment. . At least 60 months of experience in conducting design sessions with users, writing design documents and writing technical specifications using PeopleSoft FSCM. .
