Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Respond and resolve support tickets for VPCR users. Analyze business requirements for enhanced functionality and configure within the VPCR. Respond to system issues to ensure that the VPCR is available 24/7 for the call center. Analyze and respond to integration issues with critical systems at other agencies. Design and incorporate new integration points as required. Query database for critical information as needed. Plan and execute quarterly Application Releases.
