Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 5+ months Rate: Open The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements. Skills Needed Programming in ASP.NET Framework 4.0, C#, using Microsoft Visual Studio Required 7 Years Building relational databases in SQL Server 2005/2008 R2 Required 5 Years Developing process flow diagrams and other documentation in Visio or Powerpoint Highly desired 2 Years Communicating with end users to gather requirements for new systems, present solution alternatives, and discuss progress Required 5 Years Preparing training materials and conducting end user training Highly desired 2 Years Preparing user acceptance test plans and scripts and overseeing user acceptance testing Required 5 Years Developing web-based reports on platforms including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or other third-party tools.
