Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Responsibilities: . Develop automated installation packages for both COTS and in-house software using Wise Package Studio, AdminStudio, Installshield, etc. in a Windows 7 environment per agency standards. . Deploy software packages using Landesk or SCCM. Work with customers and/or vendors to define installation requirements. Work with customers to test software installations. . Troubleshoot deployment and installation issues with MSI and EXE based installations. . Resolve application-related conflicts. . Plan and execute application virtualization. . Use a ticketing system to accurately track and manage work. Skills Needed . 84 months experience creating and editing MSI and MST's, using Wise Package Studio, AdminStudio, Installshield or equivalent. . 84 months experience using Landesk or SCCM to deploy software. . 84 months experience troubleshooting Windows OS and applications in an enterprise environment. . 84 months experience in VB Scripting and Wise Scripting. . 84 months experience in VMWare. . 84 months experience working with customers to define installation and configuration requirements. . Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
