Very senior developers and Architects.
- 5 to 10+ years of experience developing within a full SDLC
program/project;
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design, configuration,
and custom development;
- 4 to 6+ years of experience with Agile Scrum development methodology;
- Experience with government consulting a plus;
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com development including custom objects,
workflows, and triggers;
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Apex,
triggers,
VisualForce, Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSQL, and web
services;
- Experience with Salesforce integration;
- Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com;
- Experience with data loader and migration/ETL tools;
- Experience in integrating Salesforce.com\Force.com with relational
databases;
- Ability to resolve issues related to the Salesforce.com platform;
- Solid knowledge of both business and IT processes;
- Proficiency in developing and executing test scenarios;
- Strong analytical skills and technical expertise;
- Knowledge and understanding of CMMI Level 3 processes – experience
with CMMI Level 3 is a plus;
- Experience with managing multiple complex tasks and leveraging
strengths of the team to deliver; (Mid-Level to Senior Responsibilities)
* Educational Requirements:*
- BS Computer Science, or equivalent degree
- Certified Salesforce Developer
