Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Responsibilities . Integrally involved in the development and support of all Internet/Intranet/Extranet sites and supporting systems. . Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. . Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. . Ensures the integration of the web servers and all other supporting systems by using message based middleware and interfacing with relational databases. . Be knowledgeable of best-practices for building secure web applications. . Responsible for developing client-side scripting and server-side application code. . Extensive knowledge in using programming languages such as Visual Basic, HTML, XML, Java, and ASP. Required Skills . Design and develops Mule Flows/ Sub Flows/ Private Flows . JMS/SOAP/REST Mule End Points . Consume soap services in Mule . Demonstrable experience with JMS Publish/Subscribe model . REST operations . JMS Queues . Ability to Unit Test at Flow Level and Java component level . Spring MVC Controllers and Unit Tests with Mock Objects . Git version control such as BitBucket/Stash - Expected full understanding of the GIT operations such as cloning/forking/pulling/pushing/pull requests and when each is needed . Maven 3.0 . Oracle Database queries . Understanding of UNIX and Windows OS scripting environments . Familiar with Rules engines . Tomcat App Server experience . Demonstrable competence in programming and shell scripting . Heavy experience in integration of Java components into large scale distributed applications - including control and management of changes Nice to have . MongoDB experience . Node Experience .
