Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 6+ months Rate: Open Skills Needed: . Demonstrated experience working with Optimal IDM . Understanding of Single Sign On, SAML concepts & Federated systems . Experience capturing users' identity and providing services to users based on their identity . Understanding of the data analysis needed to design identity management systems . Experience working with at least one UI tool to manage user identity . Understanding of user life cycle management concepts . Excellent verbal & written communication skills . Ability to create & present documentation using Powerpoint or similar . 7-10 years of experience designing, developing and managing multiple enterprise level applications . Experience rolling out new tools, technologies, or technical concept across the enterprise & in demonstrating their technical capabilities and value . Experience managing teams of resources, including resources new to the technologies, and assigning resources across multiple projects based on the deadlines & project priorities . Demonstrated experience creating technical and governance documents including build & deployment and change management . Demonstrated experience in creating & executing rollout & deployment plans & in coordinating change management . Ability to work under the direction of managers & architects to help evolve new tools & technologies throughout an organization . Experience working with stakeholders & business SMEs to ensure their applications get deployed in a timely manner & run smoothly in production & that the tool/technology under their control does not produce unexpected issues through the rest of the infrastructure . Ability to work with other specialists & coordinate activities for applications that are deployed across multiple tools & technologies Preferred: . Experience with multi-factor authentication methods (device tokens, biometrics, etc.) . Experience with managed services and the significance of SLAs, SOPs, and SODs .
