The basic goal is to deliver multiple initiatives in the lending space to satisfy regulatory reporting and audit findings. The project extends over multiple silos including multiple IT groups, operations, controllers and reg reporting teams. Qualifications Required Skills: Good general knowledge of banking Understanding of what Finance Controllers do (does not have to be in depth) Understanding of regulatory reporting (does not have to be in depth) Good project management skills Good communication skills with both junior and senior levels. One of the main historic issues with the project has been lack of consistent communication between all the silos Good general MS skills Knowledge of QC Soft Skills: Organized Strong communication skills Inspire confidence when running meetings Sense of urgency for delivery Be able to build relationships many people in MS have been there for decades and have very strong relationships, getting into those circles can be a challenge Be able to work cross border.
