Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 6+ months Rate: Open Required: - Bachelor degree in MIS, Business Management or a related field of study. - Four to seven years of demonstrating increasing levels of business systems analysis responsibility, proficiency and accomplishments. - Experience leading design reviews, applying testing frameworks and facilitating user testing. - Proven experience devising new processes and/or modifying existing processes, designing desired state based on upstream and downstream processes and technology to be used. - Proven Business Systems Analysis skill-set and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. - Experience in developing communications plans involving a large audience of various constituents that addresses stakeholders concerns and leads to effective collaboration. - Expected to communicate in a tone and manner that demonstrates respect. - A demonstrated work ethic that emphasizes customer focus, quality work product and continuous improvement. - Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, diverse and growth oriented environment. - Ability to identify inefficient processes/procedures and possess capability to assist in the development and implementation of solutions. - Experience working with workflow applications preferred. - Experience working with Enterprise Content Management solutions preferred. - Business Analyst certification desired but not required. - Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Java script, BB Scripting, software design principals, software documentation techniques, software development life cycle, software requirements development.
