*Duration:* 6+ Months *Job Description:* *Required Qualifications, Skillsets and Abilities:* · 5+ years of direct experience working with GIS tools and applications such as ESRI’s ArcMap, ArcCatalog, and ArcGIS Server. · 5+ years’ experience working with scripting languages. Python and JavaScript knowledge are essential. · A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. · Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. · Knowledge of GIS data structures, including topology, and best practices for editing GIS data. · Experience with ArcSDE, versioned editing, and developing applications that support GIS versioning and reconciliation. · Experience with ArcGIS server and authoring and publishing map services and geo processing tools for server. · Experience working with JQuery and using JavaScript and Ajax/XHR to create responsive web clients that consume JSON services. Experience with a JavaScript framework like Dojo, Ember.JS, or Angular is a plus. · Knowledge of, and ability to work with, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). · Experience working with ArcPy and ESRI Geo processing tools is a plus.
