*Position Type*: Contract *Duration:* 7 Months *Interview:* *Face to Face required after Initial Telephonic** Screen* *Job Description:* · Perform all administration duties associated with the web infrastructure, including management of the following: · WebSphere Application Server (WAS) · WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB) · JBoss Application Server · IBM HTTP Server *Required Skills:* · Expert-level experience (6+ years) with installing, configuring, and administering WebSphere Application Server versions 7.0/8.0/8.5 · Experience with installing, configuring, and administering IBM HTTP Server with a strong understanding of its configuration settings · Experience with installing, configuring, and administering JBoss on Windows platform · Strong understanding of the WebSphere Application Server Plugin and its settings · Recent and solid experience with the administration and debugging of applications running on WebSphere. · Proficient in overall performance tuning & capacity planning · Strong understanding of Java EE architecture and concepts, and the ability to identify issues relating to java applications running under WebSphere. · Experience with writing wsadmin, Jython, Perl, and shell scripts, and other means of automation · Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WebSphere. Including (but not limited to): · Demonstrated ability to undertake end to end, cross platform, middleware infrastructure problem identification and analysis · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
