Rate: Open C2C Required skills: . 4-10 years' experience as a programmer, system or DB administrator . Fluent with Windows, use of web applications, client server applications. . Master at least one language (Java, .NET, COBOL, C,.) and one RDBMS . Formulating and executing SQL requests, SQL tuning, DBA skills . Knowledge of batch programming (BAT file) or Perl (scripting language) . Good understanding of software architectures (client/server, mainframe, 3-tiers,..) . Good understanding of the generic SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) . Experience with one SCM system (VSS, CVS, PVCS, ClearCase, Serena, Endeavour,.) . Ability to organize/manage work tasks and meet a pre-determined schedule of deliverables . Strong analytical and conceptual skills . Strong written and verbal communication skills . .
