Location: Miami, FL Duration: 3+ months Rate: Open Responsibilities . Responsible for the development of a full year long curriculum for a High School level academic course based on SAP Functionality . Responsible for planning each individual year as a separate training course including planning the required configuration to support each course . Responsible for co-coordinating/managing configuration resources to ensure the course curriculum can be met . Responsible for developing a training environment strategy . Will perform Train the Trainer in SAP core transactions for the in class teacher . Will develop in uPerforms recordings for the on line training materials for FI/CO/MM/IM/HCM transactions . Assist in the development of classroom training materials for the following key areas but not limited to: Cost Center Planning; assessment creation and maintenance; assessment execution; activity type calculation; statistical key figure input; standard cost estimate calculation; key financial report; execution; General Ledger account analysis techniques; Sales Orders and billing, Procurement of services, Inventory Management, Organizational Management, Time Entry and Payroll . Provide on-site implementation support during go live and immediately after go live Skills Needed: . At least 3 years experience as classroom trainer . At least 3 years experience as Project Lead . Solid SAP training experience . Change Management Experience . Experience training in a minimum two of these areas SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HCM . Hands on configuration experience in at least one of SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HCM . K-12 experience is required . Experience with K-12 Academic Teaching (non-SAP) is a plus . Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus . SAP training collateral development required . Experience with uPerform tools and BPP recordings . Strong analytical and problem solving skills .
