Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration: 6+ months Rate: Open The resource will be responsible for systems analysis and design of medium to complex assignments within the ITS (Integrated Tax System). Resource will assist with SIR resolution and system enhancements. Resource will be required to modify existing functional design documents and will work closely with the technical resources. The primary focus will be in collections management for PSCD and will require coding experience with BRF+. Responsibilities will include: Configuration of collections management for PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) Experience with the following collection management processes: collection agency, installment plans, collection strategy, dunning procedures and work list/work item management. (knows how the system works, how to configure, understands the business process behind, etc.) Analyzes existing ABAP extensions related to collection management and identify changes as needed Development of BRF+ code to enhance the collection strategy Developing, maintaining, and publishing documentation for all SAP/TRM FRICE-W areas, and all other areas of involvement.
